Before placing your order, please read these guidelines carefully. Our made-to-order guidelines are dedicated to crafting stunning, unique jewellery just for you.

  • Creation Period: Each piece requires a creation period of 7 to 45 days, depending on the product, materials, and studio schedule. We understand the anticipation of owning a bespoke piece, and we are committed to providing exceptional service to deliver the finest artistry. Rest assured, your custom jewellery will be worth the wait as we strive to bring your vision to life with unparalleled quality and dedication.
  • Deposit and Customisation: For each item, we require a 30% deposit. We will then discuss your size and specific needs. Once the jewellery is completed, we will send you a video for preview and confirmation.
  • Shipping: After your confirmation, we will ship the item to you via FedEx or SF-Express, providing you with a tracking number link. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days after dispatch.
  • Non-Returnable Policy: As these pieces are made-to-order, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. After the deposit is paid, you have a 24-hour period to withdraw the purchase. Beyond this period, the deposit will be forfeited as the order will have been scheduled for production.
  • Lifetime Repairs: We are proud to offer lifetime repairs for our made-to-order, exquisite jewelry pieces, ensuring your investment remains as stunning as the day you received it. This service underscores our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. However, please note the following terms:  (1)Shipping Fees: The cost of shipping the item to and from our repair facility is not covered under this policy. Customers are responsible for these shipping fees. (2)Repair Fees: While many repairs are covered, some may incur a fee depending on the nature and extent of the damage. This determination is made on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to the customer prior to proceeding with any repairs. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service and care for your jewellery, ensuring it continues to bring joy for years to come.
